What Six Underground needs from The Hair Edit this week
Decisions and sign-offs that are holding work up. Each one lists exactly what is needed and where to find it.
Every post, before and after it goes live
Plan the month, see how the grid will look, and sign off each post with its caption, artwork files and the instructions that shaped it.
Curate the edit that lands in their inbox
Build each issue from approved content, reorder sections, preview it the way clients will see it, then send it for sign-off.
Concepts and ideas
Every idea from a spark to a signed-off campaign. Love the ones worth pursuing, comment to shape them, and move them along when they are ready.
How the work is performing
Monthly results across social, newsletters and the shop, with the three things worth knowing at the top.
Where every piece of work is up to
One line per task, one owner per task. Filter by status to see what is stuck and who it is waiting on.
Links, logins and files
Everything the team opens in a week, in one place. Logins open through the shared 1Password vault, so no password is ever shown or stored here.

Who can see what, and how they get in
Each person has their own access link. It records their comments, the files they share and the projects they can see. Passwords never touch this dashboard.
Every request to the dashboard is checked before the page loads. No approved email, no page.
Face ID, fingerprint or work Google account. Nothing to remember, nothing to phish.
Social and platform logins stay in 1Password. The Directory opens them; it never displays them.
Every approval, comment and file is stamped with who and when. Remove a person and their link stops working.
